if qualified, I will be given an INTERN position and will be receiving a stipend of INR 10,000 per month
for the duration of the Program.
I will be provided a standard work environment consisting of a desk, chair, computer, internet connectivity,
and other required tools/resources, and I will use these responsibly to gain expertise and contribute to my assignments.
I will be mentored on the job by experts in our work areas, and I will work with them with complete collaboration,
cooperation, and responsibility to gain the necessary expertise in the fastest possible manner.
it is my responsibility to ensure 100% attendance in the training and work sessions and avoid any and all superfluous absenteeism.
leave, if absolutely unavoidable, must be taken responsibly, and no more than 2 consecutive days of leave will be permitted during the program.
I will take care of my own health and well-being and ensure that I am fit enough to be a productive participant
in all activities of the SEF Internship Program (office or social).
I will not engage in any form of abusive behaviour (substance or interpersonal) and will ensure that I carry a positive influence around me.
I will conduct myself in a manner that will not compromise the security, health, and environment for myself and others.
the Internship Program at SEF is a life-changing opportunity for me, and I will conduct myself in a manner that benefits
all stakeholders of the program, including myself, and will use this opportunity to transform myself into a responsible & productive professional.
I will clear a prescribed medical test and submit the report within 15 days from the start of the Internship Program.
my performance during the internship will be assessed primarily on the contribution I make, along with my effort,
discipline, and willingness to apply myself fully to the Program.
